BACHELOR’S PROGRAM IN PRAGUE

INSTRUCTORS:
Hájek Petr, prof. Ing. Mgr. Akad. arch.
Hulín Jaroslav, Ing. arch.

The goal in this project was to focus on vacant lots in space, time, or use, and find a new purpose for them which would turn them into seeked-out locations of Prague.

The concert hall designed uses the air from the metro ventilation system to create music through a special organ.

This way it links to the other cultural spots in Prague and invites the passersby to meet here and gain an unusual artistic experience.

The original industrial-looking ventilation tower made out of concrete contrasts with the smooth milky surface of the
added concert hall.
