During my employment at PMA, I was involved in various projects in design phases 1 to 5, thus supporting planning at scales from urbanistic to details. 

My responsibilities spanned from the design phase to the building permit submission, and encompassed a range of tasks including 3D modelling, project documentation, visualisations with post-production, creating moodboards, presentations, graphic design, as well as communicating with international clients in both, English and German. 

To accomplish these tasks, I utilized tools such as ArchiCAD, the Adobe Creative Cloud, and MS Office.

Bear Sanctuary Ukraine

The project combines communication with international clients, creative graphic design tasks, and comprehensive project management, including documentation.

The primary goal was to create a compelling brochure to facilitate project funding while simultaneously developing an educational center. The educational center encompasses office units, volunteer accommodations, an exhibition space, and a restaurant. Additionally, the entire project was conceptually visualized in 3D modeling.

Bear Sanctuary Vietnam

This project encompasses various aspects, including communication with international clients, the development of an urban, functional, and customer-oriented wildlife park, including a visitor center.

The scope includes the design of an entertainment area and exhibition buildings. Furthermore, the project involves challenging 3D modeling tasks to bring the planned concept to life.

Concept for Groceries store

For this Vietnamese client, I developed several new concepts for an Asian “fresh market” grocery store in Hamburg. Inspired by a floating market in Vietnam, I designed “islands” within the store. These are dedicated to various products and are intended to guide customers through the store and introduce them to Asian culture.

Competition Kindergarten

This project encompasses several key elements, including the development of a conceptual framework for a competition entry.

This includes visualization, including post-production, the creation of an interactive interior concept, detailed 3D modeling, and the preparation of presentation plans.

New balconies for existing building

This project included designing of new balconies for an existing facade. My tasks consisted of comprehensive photo documentation, the development of design concepts, visualizations and post-production, multidisciplinary exchange, project documentation for a preliminary building permit, and communication with the permit center. The main objective was to improve the life quality of the inhabitants while ensuring that the design fits its environment and all necessary permits and documentation are in place.

Expansion of multipurpose building

This project involves expanding a multipurpose building and repurposing the current residential area to create additional office space, a café, and a playground.

The main objectives were to enhance the functionality of the existing building and create versatile spaces for various purposes. Key tasks within this project included concept development, 3D modeling, and comprehensive project documentation.

Edutainment in hotel room

In this project with a client from Africa, my task was to come up with an educational concept for a protype hotel room in an extremely short time frame.

The educational value lied in introducing big feline beasts of prey and their natural environment. Concentrating on the visitors‘ sensory experience and playfullness in a fun scavenger hunt follows the principles of „edutainment“.

Energy-efficient facade renovation

This project involved a comprehensive energy-efficient renovation and the optimization of the building functionality of an existing structure.

The main objectives included the development of various facade concepts aligned with the company’s products and customer identification.

Additionally, a conceptual study for expanding the showroom was created.

Renovation of a representative building

In this project, my responsibilities included 3D modelling of various design options and creating presentations for multidisciplinary exchanges.

During the project, I developed a system and algorithm in ArchiCAD, which was used to catalogue more than 1,100 rooms in an extremely complex project.

The main objective was to modernize, expand, and make the building structures more contemporary for the representative building.
